झटपट बनाये सॉफ्ट और फूली फूली तड़का रवा इडली | Suji ki idli | Instant Suji Idli | Tadka Rawa Idli

Dosto aj hum banayenge tadaka idli kuch anokhe andaz me. Iske saath mene peanut (mungfali) ki chutney batayi hai. Bahot testy lagati hai. Aap is recipe ko jaroor try karana aur batana appko kaisi lagi.
Ingredients:
For idli:
1. Suji/semolina: 280 gram or 1 and 1/2 cup
2. Curd: measure with same cup used for suji (use fresh curd)
3. Salt: as per taste
For idli tadaka:
1. Mustard seeds
2. Udad dal/black gram
3. Chana dal/chickpeas split
4. Coriander leaves
5. Curry leaves
For Chutney:
1. Peanut
2. Udad dal/black gram
3. Chana dal/chickpeas split
4. Cumin seeds
5. Garlic
6. Green chilies
7. Coriander leaves
8. Suger
9. Curd
10. Mustard seeds
11. Chat masala powder (optional)
12. Curry leaves
