Cardamom - 3-4 pcs

Nutmeg(Jaiphal) - ½ pcs
Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs
Dry Chili - 2-3 pcs
Onion - 2 medium size
Garlic Cloves - 20-25 pcs

Mustard Oil - 200 ml
Turmeric Powder - 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 4 tsp

Besan sev/chanachur - 2 Tbsp
Boil Chana/Chickpea - 4 Tbsp
Jhal Chanachur - 2 Tbsp
Roasted Peanuts - 2 Tbsp
Boiled Potato - 3- 4 pcs
Coriander leaves - Optional
