For all the people with block nose....if you have tried everything and still get blocked nose....look up silent gerd!! My root cause was silent gerd! I raised my bed 3" inches and changed my diet and stopped eating past 3pm and ate Greek yogurt...and like magic! No more blocked nose!! I posted this comment for everyone to go see a gastrologeist for a endoscopy of your throat...inflammation can signal the nose to block from ur stomach!!! I’ve been suffering from chronic sinusitis for almost 2 years now… so many visits to the doctor, allergist, and ENT. I broke down in my ENT’s office after he tried to tell me it was just allergies. He agreed to do a scan. One thing lead to the next and I had sinus surgery. I thought it was cured but it’s recently come back and I’m suffering from the same pain again. Sneezing, runny nose, face pain, fatigue, headaches. I’m going to try this remedy because the pain has become unbearable. Hi, I have had similar symptoms as yours for years and twice went to a sinus specialist. He said it wasn't my sinuses. It is a type or part of a migraine attack. Almost 98 percent of people that think they have a sinus problem/ pain is actually a migraine attack. Hope this helps .

Hello, I wanted to thank you for your video. I empathize deeply with your situation & I am happy to hear of your relief. Having known this challenge for 20 years myself, many which included antibiotic treatments which offered relief for only weeks or 2-3 months at best, finally I had sinus surgery all of which did nothing to stop the infections. I did not drink cows milk but I did have dairy in other forms & I found that stopping or at least cutting back on these has helped greatly. Though I was still having occasional bouts of sinusitis. With antibiotics no longer offered for sinus infections where I live, I started doing my own research to try & find relief. I have been using this same remedy though I add ginger for inflammatory relief. Thank you for writing about this, I hope that many people are encouraged to try this, along with stopping or tapering off their dairy intake. Research has shown that “most” people cannot digest dairy. So this I do believe is a very important place to start. Stay well.

Stay away from curd and milk , you can have paneer and other forms of milk products, do not have bazaru biscuits and chocolate they have heavy concentrated sugar . Avoid sugar have jaggery. Use black pepper and tumeric tea . Don't do late meal , be conscious what you eat after sunset. You cannot cure sinus but can always reduce .

Hello! I just wanted to express my gratitude for your sinusitis video on KZbin. I've been suffering from a congested nose for five years, and I've tried everything, from visiting doctors to using nasal sprays and allergy pills, but nothing seemed to work. Thank you for sharing. Turns out milk was the culprit for me. Initially I did drink tumuric for a few days but quitting milk really stopped sinusitis for me. Now even powdered milk in a food recipe causes sinusitis headache and congestion. I tried finding resources that speak more about this allergy but to no avail. So far I’ve learned that cow/camel milk whether powder or fresh causes my illness. I’m not sure if it’s lactose or if it’s a different hormone in milk that causes my illness. If any one has faced a similar experience please share so we can learn more… I’ve done a surgery to correct septum deviation and widen my sinus channels but also still got sick. Doctors have no clue that milk was the culprit. No other symptoms whatsoever besides sinusitis…. Thanks again OP.

Milk is meant for baby cows, not humans, and that's why our bodies react to it the way they do. I've been trying to quit drinking it because I have a lot of health problems but I'm worried about dealing with horrible acid reflux and heartburn if I don't have milk to calm it.

Thank you a million times! This works. I often suffer from a blocked nose which cannot be cleared by nasal sprays etc. Under your advice, I put about 1/8 teaspoon or turmeric, a bit of pepper, a slice of lemon and 1/2 teaspoon honey in a cup of hot/boiling water, drink it and it clears my nose within about half an hour. I had a homeopathic doctor tell me to stop all dairy, as dairy is what causes the release of histamines in the body. See my post. Try Bovine Kidney capsules. Has the opposite effect on histamines, breaks them down in the blood stream. Ancestoral makes them, costly, but will reduce inflamation in the sinuses.

Thank you! For the past 4 years I have had terrible sinus pain and pressure. It doesn't sound as bad as what you went through but it's a simple recipe and I am going to try this. I am 58 and never had allergies until 4 years ago. It lasts from February until May and then goes away. hi … i am not a doctor . But i observe . My daughter started getting allergy (wheat or any wheat products) just an year back . Then i started giving her food that detoxifies the body such as moringa leaf curry ,ginger chutney, lemon peel tea , mulberry leaf tea . And now …. she has no issues in consuming wheat . Interesting video - thanks . My experience - I also am a sufferer of chronic sinusitis. As a child I was hospitalised a few times with impacted , infected , sinuses . I was drinking then because it was kind of forced on us . Free milk was available at school ( which was a healthy bonus for many poor children ) in those days . When I was old enough I gave up milk as I found it revolting - although I love cheese and natural yoghurt . Like most sinus sufferers I tried everything to no avail . Now I was a vegetarian who ate a high wholegrain diet . Bread played a big g part in my life . As I got better off I could afford better quality bread . A couple of years ago I decided to give up bread for Lent as I loved bread and wanted to make a sacrifice during that Holy period . I didn't seriously think that I would be able to do it for Lent , but I gave it a go . After a few days I started to notice that my breathing became easier as my nasal passages cleared . This was so positively reaffirming that I was determined to give up bread for Lent . By the time I finished lent into longer wanted to eat bread . Two years on I have barely touched bread . If I do then I know my sinuses will fill up pretty quickly . Some small psoriasis I had also cleared up . Some stubborn weight on my waist started to disappear. All to the good. Giving up bread hasn't solved all my sinus problems as I am obviously allergic to other foods / drink . I have a simple way of testing foods . I fast overnight for at least 12 hours . Then I eat a particular food on its own in the morning. Gradually I have got to understand what effects me negatively and what doesn't. Intermittent fasting also helps me . If I get congested sinuses then if I fast from food then after about 12 hours my sinuses will start to clear . Even though I am a vegetarian ( sometimes vegan ) I have to say that you f you have serious food allergies then you might look at people on KZbin, like Dr Ken Berry or ' low carb down under ' , who promote carnivore diets . I experienced all these same symptoms too. It was caused by a candida yeast overgrowth. I eliminated processed sugar, alcohol , bread , pasta and milk from my diet . Also supplemented with HCL betaine to increase stomach acidity , zinc and B vitamins and took natural anti fungals oregano oil and pau d’arco . Dried turmeric is hardly bio available. It also lacks everything the root has to offer. Which you need in this case. I recommend you try out the typical Golden mikl, then instead of the powder, use the root. Cook(simmer till it's soft) it, eat it, or cook and mash it in the cup and use the water it as cooked in. It's a lot more powerful and has all the micro nutrients in addition to turmeric that has the science-world on a full hype.

I have had pressure and congestion in my upper sinuses. I have had nasal drainage for years with some pressure in the upper sinus areas and also sneezing occasionally so probably related to a fungal infection. My nostrils are mainly clear. I’ve known for years and it’s related to my beer consumption I noticed sometimes if I drink canned beer, it gets worse right away. Thanks for the tips. I was having sinusitis since childhood and have experienced the symptoms that you have mentioned. Tried all sorts of medicine but didnt work. At last went to an ent and he diagnosed me with allergic to dust mites. That is what cause sinusitis for me and then i start to take medicine to reduce the allergy for 2 month and sleep with my bed and pillow covered with znet. Its is a net put around the bed and pillow to kill the dust mites. I really feel so much better now and have stop taking the medicine as well but still sleep in the same bed with the net. This combination helped my same symptoms after suffering for over 20 years. However, too much Tumeric can interfere with Iron absorption I recently learned. I discovered Oil of Orgeano and 4 drops in 3 oz. of water mixed into room temperature water works faster. I have to avoid Dairy and gluten no matter what and also avoid sugar as much as possible. I don't suffer from sinusitis as bad as you did, but nevertheless, this is a must try. No headaches for me, the only problem is the runny nose, which is more of a nuisance than anything else. If I'm exposed to cold weather or drink a bottle of cold water in the morning, I get these episodes. I'll try this. Thanks in advance for this solution.

Thank you so much. Am 62 and had these exact symptoms this harvest season for the first time ever. Long term cetirizine user but did not stop my allergies this year.
