Hi John, thank you for sharing. This is fabulous. Hope you don't mind the questions: How did you know that you had vocal tremor? Did it take the doctor or consultant long to recognise what the problem was? Did you recognise it or was it what they recognised?

It came on gradually. I lost a lot of weight very fast, which created vocal weakness. I dismissed the tremor as part of the weakness. I was later doing a recording session and I could not control my voice. I suspected it was a tremor and it was quickly confirmed by an experienced speech language pathologist. There is currently no known cause or cure.
