Pearce v United Bristol Healthcare NHS Trust update yourself

Please enlighten me. This lecture is only intended to review the Bolitho Case. We covered this case as it is a common topic in UK medical school medical ethics and law exams. This lecture wasn't intended to cover the Pearce v United Bristol Healthcare NHS Trust case. However, I can understand the relevance when concerning the Bolam test, however this case is much earlier than the case you are referencing. Therefore brought about change prior to this.
