Thats a good one . I fished in a creek off the Alabama river with a lot of gar . One was so big no kidding it was well over 5 ft long my guess it was at least 40 inches around . In another creek around Goshon Alabama I saw a gar that looked like a log in the water and a soft shell turtle bigger than a full sizs pickup truck bed. It was 1972 and we were crossing an old wood bridge . Love your show !
