BC is the usual core to amplify Jhin's damage but if they have a roam support then you can opt for Hullbreaker to push into T2 territory, much more risk but higher yield

issue with that is urgot isn't high range so you need to pair it with something that covers urgot's weakness like blitz or something, fun in concept but miserable in execution unless you're vs like samira alistar
