Love your videos! As an italian fan i loved to see gnocchi on your vlog! If you like, here are some "tips" if we can call it like that: there's no need for oil in the water when you boil them and usually we don't pass them in the pan we just season them right away but, maybe you wanted them to be more crunchy? A little request: next time if you'll do them again try them with pesto which is a specialty of my region Liguria they go SOOO well together! Hope to don't sound offensive nor nothing negative... If you want to make a delicious creamy Alfredo buy butter and heavy cream (a small pint size). Put 3 tablespoons of butter and then melt it down. Add in the heavy cream and whisk till combined under medium low heat. Then add fresh garlic like 2 cloves. Then add in a cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup if Parmesan cheese. Whisk until it makes a thick sauce. Take it off the heat and add Italian seasoning and parsley and salt and pepper. Add in noodle of choice and chicken and it’s so delicious!
