家常咸鱼炒鸡🐔咸香入味，超级下饭，配上米饭两碗都不够🍚‼️
材料：三个鸡腿、20克咸鱼、姜、三瓣蒜、1颗白洋葱、1把青葱、1把辣椒干
腌制鸡：1勺麻油、半勺胡椒粉、2勺生抽、1勺木薯粉
酱汁：1勺白糖、1勺麻油、1勺生抽、2勺老抽、少许清水
1）把所有材料备好
2）热锅热油，把咸鱼炸至金黄酥脆捞出
3）下入干辣椒姜片蒜爆香，把鸡肉加进来炒至肉变色加洋葱&调好的酱汁翻炒均匀
4）倒入炸好的咸鱼炒均，盖上盖子焖煮2分钟
5）加入青葱快速翻炒均匀就可以出锅了
6）香喷喷的咸鱼炒鸡就做好了❤️
