I don’t think it’s particularly helpful to the public to be extolling the actress’s defined six-pack - it is not a realistic goal for most of us normal people, nor should it be something to aspire to. Healthy comes in all shapes and sizes; having a six pack is more about looks and vanity. Would be more practical if the show counselled the public to be more accepting of their own bodies and approach losing weight with a healthy mindset (I.e., do your best but don’t obsess about it and try to emulate celebrities). health shows should promote positive body image and relationship with food, not encourage people to chase thinness.
