加拿大卡尔加里8月房产，房价下降？新房的建设情况？

Housing price is the top in Calgary which will drop when interest rate is going down more. Ppl living in Vancouver and Toronto can able to buy in the house with lower interest rate, less incentive to move in to Calgary , we have higher unemployment rate with extreme weather and green line cancel , too many problems, ppl will hesitate to invest in Calgary .

补充一下， 没有garage , 车位在室外露天停车位， 每户给 两个spots. 目前还未开工，Arbour lake Rd NW 附近，空地现在状况。

这个位置，确实值这个价格了。 车库是个问题，要是以后有位置自己建就最好了，卡城冷，没车库以后房子价格涨价也受限制

@@mingcheng1977 我有问过这个问题， Builder 讲不可以单独建 Roof covering parking. 除非社区统一规划见， 这个区域像这种情况的房子， 作为投资房 还值得现在这个情况入手么? 还没开工由于他们还没完成presale 的数量，银行贷款还没拿到， 是不是这种风险也很大， 未比能按如期交房子？

银行贷款也只能预批，交付前，银行还要审核的。
