姿勢が綺麗なことが力を能率的に使えるっていう風に思える別のこと（モーメント）で言えば支点を低くして力点までの距離を長くしてるのかなぁと

丹田はインドではチャクラと言って全部で7か所あるんです。６番目のチャクラが第３の目（額の丹田）と言い意識の力で相手の心を読んでしまい、動物とも会話（テレパシー）が出来る様になります。全てのチャクラをコントロール出来ると仏陀、６番目までだとアーナンダ（チッタ）、５番目だとオーム（観音）、４番目だとハート（水月）、３番目だと臍下丹田、２番目だと仙骨、１番目が恥骨の位置＞全部開いて達成者。全部開いて下さい、そうなれば触れづとも相手をコントロール出来ます（生き物全て）。
