Love window shopping at V V. There is nothing wrong. The tree looks nice with the star. Add carrot, cherry tomato to your salad, it will give you more color.I like French Dressing on top of that. We are all glad that the winter storm is all behind, survive the big chill. Now we can really celebrate the White Christmas today! Merry Christmas and best wishes to everyone! How can you forget the wine?

你地揸著個塊連骨牛肉係 Prime Rib roast, 專焗呢食 (焗牛肉). 焗牛肉一定係 Prime Rib roast 作為首選. 一定要減價先買, Loblaws 同Metro 上星期減價七蚊一磅. 原價太貴. 煎牛排一定最好係 (much better than T Bone)Strip Loin steak , 亦要減價先買, 減價大約8蚊磅. Better still 係可以減價買到原條牛柳(whole beef tenderloin), one package is about 4 to 6 lbs, 減價時大约十蚊/磅, i.e 一包原條牛柳 cost 40 to 70 蚊. 好似太大舊, 不過你哋可以揀最細包個條. 原條牛柳包裝係成條一條肌肉. 買番屋企後要將肉外圍有少片衣切走. 之後就冇其它要處理, 將牛柳肉切成牛排, 一寸或一寸半一塊, 用於煎牛排, 再切細炒菜, 任你点用...肉質非常嫩, 永遠唔tough, or too dry, 所以牛柳咁多出名. Again 一定要減價先買. 可以上Google 睇下点處理whole beef tenderloin. 原條牛柳切開之後好多片, 唔觉得好晒位, 容易放冰箱. 可以食好耐, 每塊計價$$亦平
