hello, Katie 1.0. your place looks cozy, it is so new... i cant comment $ 2300/ month rent is a deal or not as i dont know 2 much about housing situation in Toronto...still , 2300 is a lots of cash so u better starts using your facilities more...i know that many condos in Canada might have a no pet policy so it is great that your little pet can live with u. And u can definitely escape your Canadian winters at your theater room. when the winter storm come in a month or 2 , temp will dip to -25'c ...and when everyone heading to the airport trying to get out of town...all u have to do is bring your computer down to the theater room, broadcasting a you tube "beaches travel vlog" onto that projector....( i recommend a beach vlog for Krabi or Koh Samui in Thailand), u will be the coolest girl in town... maybe u can make it onto your next youtube vlog showing us how to survive Canadian winters😀😀😀
