如果層樓係2018年11月先入伙, 間屋係唔需要跟rent control, 就係業主喜歡加幾多都得, 無上限, 所以你地租屋時要注意依點喔

The ' rent control ' in Ontario only for those rental units were built to least on or before Nov. 15, 2018. Did you know that ?
