It is, however, quite weird these tools are touched with bare hands for periods of time. This will produce a deviation. How is this handled? Is it measured and corrected for?

I duppose it does not afect much for the tolerance called out

@@woozhi9218 Easy said, but temperature is not a trivial element in precision metrology! Temperature control is in fact the basis.

機械加工は熱が入るし強力にクランプするから品物が歪む。手で加工すれば品物のちからも熱も自然。

日本の伝統的な技術もさることながら、伝承も大切ですね。zumasg4807さんもおっしゃってますが、大切に伝承していかねばならない技術ですね。日本ならでわの技術だと思います。

仕事の技術は見て覚える、先輩職人から技術を盗むという仕事に対する日本の文化、いくら技術が発達してもこの職人の技、遊びと言う技術も日本人の職人技には諸外国もかないませんね。大切にして行かなければいけません。 日本の大工仕事もこの様な職人の気質が有るから素晴らしい物がいくら低価格の物にも表れて居ます、諸外国では日本人では考えられないほど雑でいい加減な仕事が多いですね。
