The coach breaks down Federer's forehand mechanics to 3 steps, but not that close to the real actions. The down swing slope analysis is very good, not the actions of the legs, left arm, and the follow through. Federer does not squad that much, and the follow through is so beautiful that the racket always ends up in his left hand. Federer's has the most elegant swing and footwork in the tour, both forehand and backhand. I am a big FAN. The coach puts a side by side video/frame for analysis, you can see that is not anywhere close to Federer 4:32 5:02

agree, Federer do more forward and with more wrist for his this warm up forehand footage, the video seems not a Federer's match forehand situation. 2. appreciation of Van's doing this video for guys like tennis , great job to everyone
