I normally will choose Perrier and San Pellegrino, even they are not as strong as what you used, but the mineral contained in the water provided another layer of flavor. Good review, nicely done.

Thank you for your kind comment!☺️ it's great idea!! In general,Japanese often choose strong bubble type or soft water(low hardness type)as drinking water or making for Highball . And Japan's water is soft water as well.but if we choose the high mineral type or hard water,we can enjoy the layer of flavor!:>

@@serjiowhisky I tried the The Tansan from Canada Dry, I believe from Coca-Cola Japan, I have to admit it's very refreshing because the strong bubble, sadly they're not that widely available and hope there are more choices can be reach in California. If you have a chance to come to San Francisco Bay Area, PM me and we can have a drink.
