they changed his kit fairly recently; his ashen roast is now a DoT (90% damage) , but will only get the 300% damage boost when you get the E2

I think I only want stronger vulnerability stacks for him. 15%/40% isn't enough bc debuffs only benefit like Acheron, Ratio, Boothill and maybe Blade. I think they should double his numbers (idk about on both the initial value and stacks) bc then maybe just maybe he'll be as good as some harmonies. Edit: i also think the Ashen Roast and Dot should be separate debuffs so that Ratio could get more from him.

Is he viable for Premium Kafka DoT team (Kafka, Black Swan, Ruan Mei, HuoHuo) replacing Black swan or Ruan Mei for Jiaoqiu?

Yes somewhat, in his latest version, he can now be run in a DOT team but the problem is, he is not replacing anyone in there, he is a good sub to ruan mei though IF u don't happen to have her or she's in another team but that's pretty much it, if u have RM and you aren't using her in another team, you'll still use her in the most optimal DOT team.

I'm pretty sure you'll pull for him despite said nerfs. The ult dmge bonus, debuff during enemy turn, ash roast debuff. You'll be missing out on more acheron ULT, stronger acheron ULT, sub DPS potential, and some more.
