You are born to be an angel barista, your art latte skill is quite good and yet the good is never enough and always hungry for more.You save money to buy a tool not a toy just to improve your art latte skill .I really admire your big heart.Way to go! Cheers from Phuket,Thailand.

Tool or toy...good to consider this when buying things

As a barista myself, I would say whether it's worth it or not depends on personal level of skills. Since you have reached the certain level of drawing, it defo improve your opportunity to go beyond your normal boundaries. However, with all the viewers, I would say, well, be more considerate on getting your hand on this expensive option. Think about your personal skill first. I myself used to have a chance of using this jug when I first started, and now with 3 year experience, I start touching it again. I would say when I started it, I did not make any difference compare to the normal one, at all. My milk steaming was not perfect, the movement was not smooth enough, etc. But with my current level, it does really shine. So like she said, whoever wants to buy a milk jug, please think carefully in advance if you should at the moment. I have seen barista used this expensive milk jug at a trial, and with the milk full of unbreakable bubbles, the clumsy movement, this milk jug will not be any helpful to you. Expensive tools work only if you have appropriate skills to pair with them.

I’m a beginner too, any jug that you would recommend please? I’m using a 250ml cup from Loveramic. 🙏🙏

@@Syd7088 honestly, I think that 420 ml works best for beginners, like me🫣 I can't do latte art with 600 ml jugs I think they're too big lmao, and also 350 ml is too small. So I found the perfect size which is 420-450 ml milk jugs. Just find any milk pitcher that's between these two sizes and make sure it's good quality (doesn't have to be expensive) and have fun with it ! And telle what you think!

@@7wirl Thanks for the info and tips. I bought a WPM 500ml and found it not bad, but my latte art still needs improvement and lacks consistency. Wanted a WPM 450ml but can’t find in australia. Will try to look for 420-450ml range 🙏

Thank you so much for the review. It’s very helpful. I felt the different when I tried to pour seahorse from different jugs (both cheap but different in some details) One seems to be easier to pour and prettier while another one isn’t. And now your video made it very clear to me that I should get Jibbi jug. Though it’s expensive but it last like forever ☺️

The most important factor is the latte art skill. Do you recommend a latte art beginner to use a premium milk jug? I really want to buy an adacrew or a jibbi musketeer.
@BaristaBeeJournal13 жыл бұрын
I think for a beginner, you don't really need a fancy jug. You can just use a regular round spout jug and practice the wiggling first. Practice making heart, tulip and rosetta to start. Once you think it's time for you to upgrade your skills to more complicated latte art, then you can buy fancy milk jug like Jibbi jug :) Hope it helps :)

The expensive jug might help or have little difference when come to latte art, however to be fair for this particular comparison, u have to stick to the same cup sizes, i saw different sizes of cups being used for comprison, as a result im not 100% convinced with the comments or feedback...
