Hila Naim He isn't really mean he just sassy and he likes to tease Osric and others too but he wouldn't go too far. In fact i think he has a soft spot for Osric. Usually at comic con on the Supernatural panel he didn't get that much spot to be himself.

I'm not exactly sure but I think they were going to go to JibCon but couldn't, so Osric was a sweetie and started to talk to them on the phone. I'm not exactly sure myself though. :)

Yeah basically the girl was supposed to go to JIBCon, but couldn't make it, so Osric said sweet things to her over the phone because he's just a bundle of love.

the thing that weirds me out about people getting confused about crowley being a demon or not is the fact that Crowley literally possessed and smoked out of his meatsuit like 3 times. one for linda, one for that deal guy and another on sammy
