@Teoman Süleyman Make sure you have a training every off day and then go to training distribution and make it so there is 80 in fundamentals and then 10 in tactical and physical. This should make it so they progress fast since they train everyday but they don't get tired since its only 10% physical training, and then since its 80% fundamentals it makes their chemistry good super fast which leads to long winning streaks even with low overall teams.

What setting do you have on that you can put players in the G- League all year without their moral going down? Do you turn morale off? And also why do you never do the signing of Coaches and GM's. Signing a new front office could make the rebuilds go faster with progression.
