If you want to know the condition of a people, look to their ruler. If a ruler is corrupt, then the people are corrupt. Call to Tawheed and warn against Shirk. Call to Sunnah and warn against Bid'ah. Call to the correct 'Aqeedah (Beliefs) and warn against Kufr (Disbelief). You must be as a slave and only do what is upon you in your position. If Allaah wanted you to fight Jihaad, you would have a Muslim ruler calling to Jihaad. He's Testing us and punishing those among us who've earned punishment

I just want to know if we have to wait until the ruler calls to jihad and most of the rulers in the Muslim land are corrupted and don't call to jihad what do we do?

@MrEasynote3296 You have to look what the islam said about Mutah. Not looking on other opinion. The islam has forbidden mutah. Maybe you see on the media that some muslims do this things but those are shia's. And the methodology of the shia's has absolutely nothing to do with islam and their methodology lead to disbelief.
