Jihyo has been preparing for her Solo, on top of all the myriad of TWICE activities (that are already beyond most Kpop groups). She has always put the team first, even when she had severe depression a few years ago, or when she had a leg injury during Signal. Hope she has recovered and is fine now.

I don't follow twice but that's what I call professionalism and performance. Despite being uncomfortable with physical difficulties she remembered people paid money to see her performance not her face. Anyway if she feels really bad there's no need to push herself that much. But I can't stop myself from being impressed cause for a while in kpop I didn't see this much interest of idols specially when it comes to performing.
