@fzhz so yes, because Jiji is kind and good; just like how Vamola steps off after Okarun's confession to Momo, Jiji does after he sees that Okarun deeply loves Momo after the evil eye almost kills her. After he stops any sort of advances, but that he has deeper feelings are expressed to the reader, but he keeps it hidden from Momo. As you say he is the best boy But the love doesn't just go away, as you can see with moments like around 174 That's mirrored with Aira that stops flirting in her human form, but still shows her emotion once transformed (though her power makes her flirty with any man)

Nah, the color overlay is one of the more unique aspects of the show, and when characters are using their powers, their own colors push against the dominant one (Aira is a good example in the last couple episodes since her deep pink really popped against the yellow and green overlays) If the show was always monochrome I'd agree, but it all has a reason for being there, and I love that, personally :P

I would have never been on jijis side in this love triangle or technically love square because okarun is genuinely such a cool guy. Like for as stereotypical as hes supposed to be as a nerd and an occult otaku, hes a pretty smooth talker and has a great dynamic with other characters. Plus, okarun acts like a real man when the time comes. Thats what kept getting momo to fall for him. My man is reliable and knows how to argue and fight with the best of them. You dont just feel bad for him and want him to get better with people because hes already a ****ing natural at this. Tl;dr okarun has RIZZ. jiji never stood a chance.

The subs are taking a few creative liberties with the ' family jewels' as substitute for 'kintama' and Aira's cutesy speaking to her class. Also when Grandma said she doesn't like Momo's eyes, she actually said she doesn't like the look in her eyes, or the glare she's giving. Some of these choices are... interesting
