Absolutely :) It changed a lot for me when I learned Jungkook is the same age as Jimin's little brother. I think that's where a lot of the affection came from and it makes me so happy for both of them.

I honestly ship them so much because they show so much affection for eachother and their relationship is so different from the others. Thank you for this reaction. It's my first time watching the vid as well. I love their relationship so much. I don't ship Kookie w other members but I love his relationship with each and every hyung. It's so dynamic and different yet it makes a lot of sense. As for Jimin and Kookie, they are probably the closest along with Jin and Kookie. I know Kookie looks like his bullying Jimin all the time on camera but I actually think Kookie loves Jimin so much. I'm always grateful for Jimin for reaching out to Kookie in their early days. He helped Kookie get out of his shell and express himself more. And Jimin dotes on Kookie a lot 😊 all the members dote on him actually 😂

I think Jungkook loves Jimin as well, he just likes bossing around his hyungs when he can :D He's become a lot more comfortable showing his affection as he's gotten older.

Like there's a big difference between "They seem like they could actually be dating" and "They are together! They're fate! Kill any woman they look at!" yeah there are alot of delusional so-called armys that prefer to see BTS be gay with each, rather than to be with a girl who is not them. For instance, there is a kpop idol called 'IU' that Jungkook really likes and he said that she is the ideal type of woman he likes. and people just start hating on her and said that Jungkook belongs to V only. Like who are you to be telling him who he should like. They all have an ideal type of woman they like. and in my eyes, I see them as brothers only and thats how they express their love with each other.

For whatever reason, Jikook makes me think immediately to Jungkook singing "hyeongdireu isseo" in Begin. Like that emotional, "Loving my brothers, Hyeongdireu isseo..." (man that's so good). And vice versa. In myhead canon, he thinks about some memory of the members when he sings that line, and it might often be Jimin. For whatever reason that phrase makes me think of Jimin's intense need to be a caretaker to the maknae, like he wants to keep Jungkook innocent always, or like how mom's tend to be a bit protective of their youngest baby -- he is always checking up on JK...and how that kind of love can be a bit overwhelming, you know; platonic love can also make you stop and just look at that loved one's face and feel choked up. Yeah, I'm a fan of Jikook as a duo too.

Jimin adores Jungkook as if he is his own little brother but Jungkook often ignores Jimin but I know Jungkook really loves Jimin. Being typical southeastern man, Jungkook is just not expressive

Which is so funny, because Jimin is also from Busan! It interests me how members from the same town can be so different. Jimin and Jungkook were both born in Busan. V and Suga were both born in Daegu. It says a lot about how people are raised/their natures!

Jimin surprise me all the time. He definitely does not fit the typical stereotype of southeastern men. He is very expressive, very affectionate, and clingy often....which is a complete opposite of the image of Busan men. Honestly I've never seen a Korean man who is affectionate to that level. He just loves showing his affection to members and hugging them all the time. The only time he ever becomes a touch Busan man is when he is left alone with Taehyung. I find it very interesting...

JK once said that he might be the manifestation of all the other six guys' characters together. Jimin is such a natural caretaker. He seems to always be showering his loved ones with affection and seeking affection in return...very emotionally intelligent too. But he's not afraid of being a little childish/shady when he wants. I think JK ended up picking up a lot of those characteristics from Jimin. He's still naturally reserved like Suga, in my opinion, but I don't think his keeping thoughts to himself is a burden to him, at least anymore. His coming out of his shell seemed to be accompanied by a way of showing affection the way Jimin taught him.
