@BrandilynEsquivel5032 жыл бұрын
I'm wondering how long it takes to spin yarn on a spindle enough to make something...I just did my first try using 2 oz of roving, and it did not make enough yarn to do anything with because my yarn is so inconsistent, but even if I could get it into an even size..would it take years to make enough to make a shawl or something??

Some suggestions if you have them in stash - sari silk, corriedale, bfl, firestar, banana, Jacob. If you have a scraps jar for random fibers that don't make it to final product that would be neat to see how it goes together
i need more of this we need some mystery for 2025!!

Sooo, if neps don't stay in spinning fibers well, what ARE you supposed to do with them? Crochet a snowglobe and they are the confetti you shake around inside? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
