This video is incredibly helpful - funnily enough I have been approaching connecting to my feminine energy in a masculine way. Making to do lists of things I should be doing. Paying more attention to how I look to others, rather than the process of enjoying getting ready for myself. I tend to rush through life, plan too much, and I think it's high time to stop hurrying and start living.
@Allowing_Flow16 күн бұрын
I think this is soooo common!! we are just so used to doing everything in a masculine way, but embodying the feminine energy can only be done from a place of peace and is all about the switch inside of you

That's because woman have been told they need to be both masculine and feminine, instead of relaxing and letting men do the masculine things. If we try to do everything, we will have to rush and burn ourselves out, it's just too much to ask of anyone. Traditional family roles were a thing for a reason, and it wasn't to oppress woman, it was to give them a break.
@user-nm6dr4uy3d3 ай бұрын
Sometimes I feel like what's keeping me from being the person I want to be is thinking that the people I know will somehow think I'm pretending to be someone I'm not. When I feel this way, I find that it helps to meet new people and find new ground. You don't need to abandon anyone to get a fresh start, though: just expand your circle a little and find new interests.

Thank you ❤

Hi there! I want to thank you for confirming feelings and ideas in my head so elegantly and eloquently, and helping me understand more why people are being certain ways around be that don’t seem to align with my softer, sweeter, but confident place I like to be in. It’s given me the encouragement I needed to remain in that place, even when others seem to try to pull me out of it, and the grace to do so while still showing love and respect to those around me. Thank you! Your energy and words have been such a light and blessing. Much love and abundance to you and your world! 🙏🏻💓🥰

I had a dental cleaning appointment I was certain was at 2:30pm so I walk in all smiles at 2:25pm and see all the staff there at the desk surprised to see me! The dental hygienist took me in without a doubt in his mind that he can complete the procedure in the 30mins left. We had an excellent time chatting and he tells me I have a lovely smile which was nice to see than a person who rushes in looking stressed. Apparently my appointment was at 2pm lol but we got it done and my teeth were already quite clean apparently! Now when I’m late to an appointment I convince myself I’m actually perfectly on time so they see me open the door unstressed and ready!

11:23 this is such an important tip, it is kind of hard to understand if not experienced tho, and I did indeed experience it throughout this year, because I have been “trying” to be confident that the moment I had to do a presentation or chat with a friend I would lose all of that mental preparation. One tip I have to overcome this is to aim towards communicating, learning, and basically being present (as much as possible) so that you can finally relax and for the thoughts to come up naturally without any force.

There is nothing wrong with expecting and accepting high level of service/actions. People who dont want to do that say “youre so bossy” youre so sensitive” youre so ungrateful” when they serve you a less than treatment and push you into your masculine. It is best you recognize that. No need to take people’s crumbs to “be in your feminine”.

Agreed. Also, men may not be AWARE of a bad habit or behavior they are doing so communicating it is important. Just as we women can and DO annoying things. Discuss it and see if it changes. THEN move along. But don't just walk away first.
