I think the reason why the LORD allowed the rain in the early time of this service was because He wanted to show us His power; when Bro. Eddie prayed and all the JIL people as well, the rain stopped and it didn't rain in the whole service. I remembered what the scripture says in 2 Chronicles 7:14 "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
