runs a b&b plays lazer tag with a team weekly and paintball and was a volunteer sheriff deputy as well and a knight of the night who are like the secret guardians and used to take angela to church on top of the games and shows he plays an watches as well as the 200 films hes seen and martial arts training he does at a dojo as senpai ...dwight is a true cultured man

The heck he does. Remember when Dwight had earned an extra bonus one year, so he wanted to buy that Wizard Statue? How did that whole thing get started? He was taking Mosé to the mall to get his blood pressure checked at the automatic machine. Dwight _could have_ used his extra money to buy a home B.P. monitor, but he didn't even think about that.

Tom Rob there's scenes where they do blatantly illegal and dangerous stuff that no film crew would ever be on board with...i remember one episode where Andy or someone drove a car into a lake and then Dwight had to rescue the camera man...who, as always, is creepily stone-cold silent even while he's about to drown to death.

When I was deployed to Afghanistan one of my tent mates would make the same sounds Dwight made when he was crying. He did it in his sleep, it was the scariest thing ever. We would tell him about it, and he never believed us. Until one night we recorded him and played it back the next morning. He was pretty shocked.

I love the pranks, but I also love how Jim shows compassion for Dwight. Their relationship is multi faceted

And Dwight showed compassion to Pam when she was grieving. And then there’s Dwight’s concussion. I always wondered after that episode if concussion allows one’s true feelings to escape more easily. Dwight takes care of people in his own way.

One of the low-key most tender moments of the whole series is when Dwight thinks it's Mose knocking and--through his own grief--asks gently, "Did you have another nightmare?"

Pam and Jim both have real love for Dwight. It started out as laughing at him, but I really think the more they saw of him, they realized he’s just different and he is fucking awesome.
