There are several 9/11 theories, so it depends which one they're talking about. But I think what they are trying to say is that Eddie's death is like those theories, a conspiracy to ensure that Vince could start running shows in Florida.

Vince Sr died around 1986 supposedly and it was Vince Sr who had the tight relationship with Eddie not Vince killer McMahon JR. My opinion since Eddie was soo close with Vince Sr, Maybe Vince Sr had some real evil dirt on Eddie & Vince Jr knew about it and maybe Vince was blackmailing Eddie so Eddie would get out the business???
