jesus he recommends TreeHouse Foods, when the company just for the first time has actually made a small return on equity...less then inflation number so in theory your money will not increase with such a low preforming company.

Tyson looks like a buy right now... I'd rather buy a steady cheap stock with relatively low expectations than a high growth stock with high expectations and a high price. Especially in a recession environment. Also, why would you recommend Treehouse? They don't even make money (or have big growth), have no dividend, and Tyson Foods trades at a lower P/S too lol That said, I will not be buying this company because of moral reasons. How Tyson treats animals is actually disgusting. I will not be supporting that horror.

If you have about 4.57% of the allocation in it verses QQQ, it would do well. Buying any more allocation and it might be better just to hold it in QQQ. But that is another strategy and story.

Granted it has a 102.03% advantage on a 10 day hold to cash. 4% advantage over the strongest QQQ and a 6.47% advantage over SP500. This is on capital appreciation.
