I'm bisexual about six years ago in grand rapids on the fourth of July me and my friends all of whom were either also bi or gay. Okay so we were getting close to rosa parks circle park right and there was this catholic priest standing on a rock with a sign in one hand and a blow horn in the other, one of those big speakers you talk into and it makes your voice really loud, so he's condemning gays and bi so we start yelling over him saying different things then I say "don't knock it til you try it" and it was hysterical. He left after a while still yelling on his horn so we followed him yelling at the same time together it was an amazing night the fireworks that night were just as amazing too.

Check out Jim's story from his, I swear to God, performance. The story is called, Warehouse. It isn't the best telling of that story. That's the time Jim did the story the first time he was on TV in the UK (at 3am on a show called, Blue comedy). But still a BRILLIANT story that is well worth watching. Have a great one guys

Great reaction. As a liberal in this matter thinking gay marriage should of course be a right for everyone, I also think it's kinda flawed the way Jim Jeffries argues about it. If you're really liberal, wouldn't that mean you would allow people to do what they want? Even to have the right to your own beliefs and church that for instance does not do gay weddings? you have the right to your own beliefs, but the debate comes in when it comes to government intervention. Basically, uber christians find their right to disagree to be of more value than the rights of those to gay marry. Gay Marriage proponents say that the disagreements do not matter, and that we ensure basic freedoms and go from there, rather than the opposite. its innocent until proven guilty, or the opposite. and the thing is, nobody is guilty here.so.

I think the main argument against gay marriage is that the state and the church should not ever even be involved with each other at any point because marriage is a religious thing, not a state thing; separation of church and state goes both ways, and I agree. To say it does not affect them is a very materialistic argument because the idea is based on principle and spiritualism, you could not be less materialistic. If gay people want to set up their own form of marriage, that's fine I don't care, but you shouldn't force any private individual or institution to perform religious rituals, because it's the right of all people to be homophobic pos's if they want to just as much as verbal abuse falls under free speech. I don't hate gay people, I love my brother and his boyfriend, I just don't think rights have more inherent value than each other, I think they're equal, and there is no change in the context of rights when someone feels victimised because someone else used their rights.

@@dcmarvelcomicfans9458 I think there was a article I read that there was a mistranslation in the Bible regarding homosexuality in that it was actually referring to pedophiles. A man shall not lay with another boy as he would a woman, and the translation between boy and man is a thin one and easy to mistake for another word of similar meaning, and these passages, 13:4 and 1:32 are more agreeable, but because I do not know Latin or Hebrew I cannot make a critical examination of any writing to see if there is any inconsistency between the Bible in other languages. But in any case, I do not centre my existence around adherence to book or any book.
