Jim Kaat will always be one of my favorite Twins! Great broadcaster who always told good baseball stories of the legends he play with and againts.

Jim Kaat not only was a pretty good pitcher, but a pretty decent hitter as well. I remember watching him play with the Twins in old Tiger Stadium in Detroit. Jim got a good swing at a fastball and hit it out to just to the right of dead center, and I believe it was over 440 feet in those days. Big strong fella, and a good athlete as well…….

The Baseball Hall of Fame needs to get rid of Jane Forbes Clark and sell the corporate naming rights to the "Clark Sports Center."
