How do you begin your day to jumpstart your brain for greater productivity and peace of mind?
One of the most consistent questions I get from our community is how I start my day. I believe that if you can win the morning, you can win the day. And it all starts by establishing a set of routines and habits that create positive momentum to move you forward.
In today’s episode, I’m going to walk you through some of the habits I’ve created that make up my ideal morning. Notice how I said ideal. My goal is to do as many things as possible, but keep in mind that every morning is different. The important thing is to start the day with self-love and self-care, so remember to be kind to yourself as you work towards change.
Creating a morning routine takes advantage of the science of momentum, which helps you avoid decision fatigue. Instead of having to make constant choices, you let your routine generate energy to carry you through your day. If you want to learn how to begin each morning with clarity, vision, and direction, this episode is for you.

I wanted to suggest a book. It's important to me to know that God loves us & wants to help us & be a part of our lives. The book of John in the Bible is a good place to start. There are free KJV Bible apps for anyone who wants to read it. I'm praying for you all. Philippians 4:6-8 (KJV) Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Just found you this morning, and omg! I'm 55 although I have a cleaning business, raised 2 wonderful adult children and own my own home, I'm stagnant and have been my whole life. I'm so late to the game, but I figure evolve or repeat. I've spent my whole life repeating..I started my adult life with nothing, no basic life tools. Besides great common sense I could not read, could not write nor could I do balance a checkbook.. Today I can do all 3 because I taught myself but the doubt in my intelligence has stayed with me and I believe held me back from many great things. My children are now grown and with my 1st grandbaby on the way I don't want to continue to repeat.. I still have things I want to accomplish, but know will not happen if I do not evolve..So, about 2 weeks ago I turned off my TV and started watching videos on changing my mindset and have started to do the work. My morning routine has completely changed. I'm doing things that I never have done, my days and evenings are more productive. I feel better about myself and my direction.. I'm excited for this next chapter of my life. And I will be watching your videos and taking notes, thank you! ❤

Thank you for this, now I know I'm on a good path. Starting my day with making my bed, drinking two glasses of water, taking suplements, a cop of green tea, than I try to stretch a little, and start writing my "morning pages" with a fountain pen (love my pen). Than take a shower (not cold), have my breakfast and everything else. From time to time, I try to meditate, but it's not every day. So, it's a good start. Thank you so much for sharing your morning routine with us. ❤
