It´s not about metal, it´s about music at this point. They are one of those bands that have kept their voice loud and clear about their ideas on the world and music. I've been in the industry for my whole life and Jim is easily one of the nicest pros I've ever met. I hung out with him in LA for less than 10 minutes one day after he finished a meet and greet with 100+ people. We talked about our love of Jazzmaster guitars. I ran into him the next day and he smiled really big and called me by name. I was floored that he remembered me, let alone my name.
