Don't know if anyone has said this yet, but the game is theorized to be about either schizophrenia, the dangers of paranoia, or how news stations use a bias/focus on violence and danger and how it can negatively affect people. The game is really smart in that there is no monster to hurt you, and even if there was, it doesnt matter in the end anyways. Also I'm glad that you are trying to do better in your career and life this year, hope it goes well 🤜🤛

The storyline is that Jim is a hermit and lives by himself. He ends up going insane due to the isolation, to the point where he hallucinated someone in his house every night, and the entire thing with the disappearances and the military, all the way to that helicopter that went over his house. The gun was real however, and when Jim is holding it, you can see his hands are shaking. Hes terrified of the "thing" in his house. He gets so scared he decides he doesn't want to live anymore, and unalives. There's no other endings, and its a pretty sad game really.

hey yub! happy to finally get back into your videos because i absolutely disappeared from your channel for about a month. jim’s computer is essentially a psychological horror game, where the horror isn’t exactly some scary monster, rather it is manifested from your own mind. jim did what he did in, to put it simply, the horrors that he may have been awaiting. the sad truth is, people who end up in these types of situations resort to what jim had done, aka the worst thing you could possibly do. btw, it seems you didn’t really noticed, but i figured it’s worth pointing out that this game has an “old roblox” aesthetic. the ui, healthbar, mouse cursor, avatar, sound effects, and even the house seen in jim’s computer is heavily based off, and remakes what roblox looked like back in 2006-2012

Dude, I opened KZbin and this is the first thing that popped up, KZbin knows me well. I’ve been a fan of YuB since about 2015-2016 and he truly makes my day when I see his new videos on my reccomended, keep goin YuB! I also have a game suggestion: Gravitia. its a small indie puzzle game (as usual lol) that looks a bit like little nightmares, controls like little big planet, and is a puzzle game. i wont spoil anything just in case you DO play it, but i think you might enjoy it its not a goofy or funny game though, but it has a good soundtrack I bet you will sing along to anyway lol. its only 30 minutes long at max and is 2.4 gigabytes so I think it would be perfect for a video (i know if you see this it will probably just go on your "to play" game list and never be seen again lol) hope your doin well 👍

As someone who used to suffer from really intense paranoia, this game actually encapsulates it really well I have nyctophobia (phobia of the dark) from some traumatic events from my childhood, and this also caused my paranoia. It was really bad when I was 8-12, and I've tried to, well, yk. Game over myself because I was so afraid something was coming to kill me. human brains are wild man edit: also, a game recommendation: Boodunnit. It's a really cool mystery game where you play as a ghost who was killed, and the only way for you to move on is to find out who the killer was.
