Wow - this is such an amazing site. It makes me so sad to see it in such decline. I really hope something can be done to create a plan to gradually turn it around and save it from total collapse - to me history like this is just as important (and more interesting) than any stately home, and had an impact on many more people's lives. I suspect it doesn't have much more time before it becomes too far gone to save. I would love to be involved if I lived closer, but Bristol is quite a long way from Stoke! Good luck, and please do keep posting updates and videos.
