In the sixties there was a gas class. In the seventies we called them street freaks. Had one of each. Neither was the same. But both were a but load of fun

There are some real nice cars there, but most are street freaks, not gassers. The Willy's pickup, blown falcon Austin and first generation Corvette are classic gasser style that would look more at home on a drag strip. Don't get me wrong the others a nice, just not gassers
