Actually ever since Zoro learnt how to cut steel from alabasta and flying sword attack from skypiea, he subconsciously learnt Ryuo at a basic level, an advanced armament haki. All of his flying sword attacks which some other swordsmen can do as well are purely ryuo, so if any logia tries to take any flying sword attacks assuming they would just get through them, it'll definitely hit

Honestly Jimbei is a natural enemy of DF users. He can cut them apart with weaponised seawater. Unless you have a broken devil fruit, you can't defeat Jimbei within the water.

Actually he couldn't hold a candle to the current Admirals. All of them have ways to instantly counter his water moves. -one previous could just freeze him in water -one can carpet bomb the water with lightbeams -one is literally magma which evaporate water through heat and form rock on contact -gravity is a wild card since we don't know how much he really can do with it. Just increase and decrease gravity is op on it own. -I doubt that jimbe would be able to fight garp which should be around admiral/fleet admiral level on his old days
