Beautiful spot in there! Very cool video! Just to answer your question in the video, the dams on the 103 side of the Hiking Trail are NS Power, and that entire system is as well (Big Indian Lake, Five Mile lake). The dam at 10:24 is part of Minas Basin's hydro system (their main dams are on Panuke Lake, that small dam is designed to regulate water flowing into/ out of Panuke). Minas Basin still operates a mill in Hantsport. Also Bowater actually owned the land, they didn't lease it, before the Crown purchased it in 2012.
