The queen a-oh moment is suuuuuuuuper iconic. If you want to see a dramatization of it, its in the movie Bohemian Rhapsody. People who were there talk about the incredible feeling from the stage of having around a million people echo’ing back Freddy’s words in sync, he had them eating from his hand. There is probs also footage of it live, but i like how the movie kinda captured the moment. Ps its also fun to watch side by side comparisons of the live footage and the movie version.

That stadium was in WEMBLEY STADIUM where the iconic "AYOOOOO" interaction with Queen's Freddie Mercury and their audience was done. Some of the members wanted to recreate that but Jimin said he wanted to shout "ARMYYYYY" instead. They performed for two days there and tickets sold out in less than 15minutes. Over 120,000 people were there. and this is just one of many in a bunch of sold out stadiums around the world. *Mic Drop*

I used to have a pogo stick when I was a child. It was a metal pole and had two foot rests and a very strong spring so I could bounce up and down on it. It is expected that IDOLs learn English and they get English lessons at some of the agencies. Of course non Korean speakers have to learn Korean and get fluency quickly but it isn't so important that they are fluent in English. Stray Kids, Felix and Bang Chan are fluent of course and the rest of them are confident. Key of SHINee is fluent, he really studied hard to gain his fluency. Taecyeon of 2PM and Tablo of Epik High lived in the States and went to uni there so they are fluent. GOT7's Jackson comes from Hong Kong so he is fluent.

HA! Love that Jimin knows about Pogo sticks. I wanna see him pogo! It was a toy when I was a little (1960s!), basically a kid-height metal pole/stick with a rubber tip on the bottom along with a hardcore spring that had a little platform attached to it for your feet. You’d balance on the platform and boing around. Legit took some practice.

Well before it wasn't necessary for every group to learn much English it was actually more important back then learn Japanese, but after BTS made global K-pop, groups have been learning for sure and the new groups debut mostly with all the member with a good level of English and also with foreign members that speak that language) Jimin's English have improved so much!! The difference between 2017 and 2023 is a lot! At the start he kind of understood some words and tried his best to say some things in interview. It was a big surprise to all of us that he made a a mostly English Interview with Jimmy Fallon alone! He probably prepared some things to say too but I can tell he looks more confident speaking and understands better. Of course Namjoon is the fluent one but in general all the members have improved so much. I feel the best ones after Namjoon in order are Yoongi, Hobi, Jin, Taehyung, Jungkook and Jimin I put Seokjin that high because he may not have the best pronunciation but since debut he has always been the member that understands the most after Namjoon and he's capable to hold conversations even with broken English bc his confident! We don't know how much his English has improved now bc he enlisted in 2022 and didn't do interviews for the US or other countries like the way Yoongi, Hobi, Jimin and Jungkook did. But idk there's also a possibility that Tae is better than Jin too but idk. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wonder how good it will be the members English in 2025 (they said that they will study in the military in their free time but who knows lol, they have been saying that every year too haha) but they all have improved for sure and some took English lessons.

As someone who is bilingual in Japanese and English, I would say Jimin expresses himself WAY better in Japanese (of course his English has improved a lot and its great, too!) but the difference is that he is really thinking a lot when trying to speak English, whereas when he speaks in Japanese it is much more fluid and natural. and he speaks very politely and his accent is cute. SugArmyy did a video about BTS speaking Japanese! (SugArmyy is Japanese) Please react to it if you have time, Ben!

Ben, " Ay Oh" is a famous chant the lead singer of Queen, Freddie Mercury, did with the crowd to pump them up at shows. A well known instance is when he did it at Wembley Stadium. Other artists have done it since when performing there, so Jimin's friend asked if he would do it when BTS performed there. He said no because he wanted to yell out "Army!" instead.
