Love your reaction to the video! I grew up in the 80s I experienced all this music. The new name for it is called synth-pop. Which is really the 80s genre. That's when you had a melting pot of Music from from the UK and other countries. MTV launched and brought all the different kinds of music to the US from all over the world. Such as Duran Duran Culture Club, Men Without Hats, Eurythmics and a bunch more that I can't think of right now. It was a such a good time for music. There was House Music, a bit if disco and dance music, rap and then you had all this other pop music from around the world. Good times in music! 😊
