i believe jimin embodied the theme of the song perfectly. the song talks about how he was imprisoned by his fears and worries, but doing what he loves the most set him free. that explains why the mv was in the same setting the entire time, and it never changed because the main idea of the song was the art that he creates, which is singing and dancing. whenever he sings or dances, he feels like he is free. by the end of the song, his clothes turn from black to white, indicating his transition from living in darkness and shadow to living in light and freedom. finally, the killer outfits, the lethal choreo, the deep lyrics, the enchanting melody… it all just SCREAMS JIMIN. he even showed how versatile his voice is, going from a deep range, to a mid range, and lastly to a high one. this song is a pure masterpiece. thank you for your reaction, brother!!

Loved the expressions on your face while you were watching this! Can totally relate! Have to say as someone who doesn't listen to K-pop in general and has only seen a few BTS videos and live performances, this performance video of solo Jimin completely and totally FLOORED me!
