This is a man with a big heart, who loves unreservedly and is strong and brave enough to put his heart out there in a personal song he composed and wrote for ARMY. Considering the hate he receives, it's amazing that he can do it. The song is vulnerable, sweet, pure, and beautiful. He is also the master of melody, he has had a hand in pretty much the most iconic melodies in the BTS discography.

This was his song to ARMY. It's a hidden track on the cd. This song is like a special gift of reassurance especially after a heavy track that chronicles his dark time. He wrote this after their last concert in Las Vegas. So beautiful, I can't listen to half enough times 💜

❣️This hidden track, that can only be found on Jimin’s “FACE” physical album cd, Jimin’s song, “The Letter”, is such an amazing, ever so beautiful, so heartfelt song dedicated to Army, who he says really helped him, especially during the pandemic, as he mentioned, when he felt in despair, emotional, distraught, reflecting on himself, going through a depression, but throughout he really felt the love support, faith & belief in him, that army gave him, which now that he’s found himself and is uplifted, wants to do the same for army. So beautiful how BTS hidden tracks, like “Sea” and now Jimin’s “The Letter”, are mainly written just for army. Jimin not only is the one playing guitar, but JK in the last couple of verses can be hear harmonizing with Jimin in the background. Also on the Cd, it amazingly starts at exactly 6:13 minutes which is when BTS debuted, (June 13 2013). It’s like a more personal private message by way of song, meant mainly for army. I mean only army would get the word out about this so heartwarming, so beautiful song. Though anyone who actually listens to the physical Ep will get the wondrous, ever delightful surprise when discovering this song as well. Also more and more are talking about it so ppl other then army are now hearing about this hidden gem as well! Side Note: The harmonica was more then likely, inspired to use because Jimin’s character he created, Chimmy, plays the harmonica. BTS designed in 2018, their own line of characters they themselves designed & created, they called BT21. All with their own storyline & personality thought up by the BTS members themselves. Aside from these BT21 characters having their own animation series, there’s even tons of merch like plushy dolls, clothing line, accessories, key chains, just everything!

Thank you for reacting to Letter. I really love this song and Jimin's whole album. Every BTS member is just slaying with their solo work. They are each so creative. I love that we never know what to expect, except that each song (and every performance) will be interesting and extremely well-executed. It makes being a fan so fun.

This song was a hidden track on his CD, and it was a song to ARMY's. ARMY's are his inspiration. I cried on first listen. He has such a beautiful heart and soul. It reminds me of the song BTS released called SEA, that was a hidden track on their 2017 album Love Yourself: HER. Only included on the CD, and written for ARMY's. 💜
