Explanation of Tailor of Chaos concept: the masks we see are that of Jackalopes (hares with antlers) and Jackalopes are tailored mythical legendary creatures (taxidermists sewed on antlers on hares and try to pass them off as real rare creatures to extend that many believed they are real). They are symbolic of elusiveness and mystery, which Jimin is. This follow off nicely with with Jimin's Filter concept yet Jimin has said that on this project he is projecting the real Jimin. So its very interesting that he has to use masks to show the real him. The mask he has chosen is on point.
