✨In a Korea Now post, it was explained that the Tonight show performance, was filmed in an abandoned resort, somewhere in Korea, that closed in 2022, that had housed now abandoned swimming pools, not in use anymore. Which is where Jimin went to film the live performance, more recently, just months before going into the military, end of last yr. It’s amazing the so many things, so many places Jimin went, all that he did non stop, including filming at that abandoned unused resort in Korea, and nobody new about it, all for around a couple of yrs. Only time we all heard anything is when ppl he worked with, like the famous producers in LA as well as in NY, posted photos or just comments praising Jimin, while working alongside of him, mentioning as well being so excited about the project they were working on. There were even times when backup dancers posted things that ppl found, saw, so word somewhat got out. But yet, when finally FACE album came out, even then not a one of those producers were involved with any of those songs in FACE. Now we all know that it was for Jimin’s second album MUSE, all those songs, that all those producers were excited about & referring to. But who would have thought that Jimin was already working on second album as well way back then in 2022. Jimin so impressively & amazingly crammed so much in, trying to get as much content out, all before he left for the military the end of last yr! Writing lyrics, composing melodies, producing many songs, but if not credited always still participating, also coming up with concepts ideas, for look of MV’s as well as overseeing the filming & directing as well! Jimin even created the choreography for his song “Who”. Jimin also is involved in design of album covers, and choosing concept & look during photoshoots! To work on creating all this music, all this content non stop for almost a couple yrs is beyond mind boggling to think about! But I’m so grateful, so thankful that he did, so we can all appreciate & enjoy his on another level sheer masterful artistry while he’s away in the military til June of 2025! 🙏👍❤️‍🔥😅🤩😍🫶✨

Yes, love the live vocals with choreo performances! Jimin stunning as always. And you are right, phenomenal album. He wrote 6 of the 7 and had a hand in production and choreography. He's amazing. There are some super dope tracks on it. Oh, and I do think Jimny Fallon is a Jimin bias but he has always been so wonderful and sincere with OT7 and individual members. 💜

✨ Jimin to me, is on another level from the get go from any other Kpop idol, who all look up to Jimin, to try to emulate, watch & learn from! Jimin started out as not only already an acclaimed dancer but uniquely excelling in many styles of dance before even auditioning to become a Kpop idol! ❣Jimin, growing up, since quite young age, even pre mid school, was always into hip hop & r&b music. Aside from Rain, Taeyang, & BoA, Korean idols, known not just for amazing vocals, but their dance ability, Jimin was also heavily influenced, with other role models, such as Chris Brown, & Usher. So it goes to follow he’d also appreciate other equally well known artists who also were amazing dancers & performers aside from vocal ability. It also goes without saying that Jimin, was indeed heavily influenced by MJ. He even taught Jin to moon dance for Dynamite MV, also Jimin was the one that suggested other MJ moves also for BTS song “Dynamite”. Chris Brown’s choreographer Brian Puspos who Jimin is actually close friend with, both having a mutual love admiration & respect for was the one that did the choreography for “Serendipity”. He even said that Jimin dances his choreo better then he does himself! Jimin has also worked with Puspos who restaged not only a Chris Brown song for Jimin before, but also Drake’s “Own It”. Jimin already at early age of 10, started studying hip hop at the renowned Just Dance Academy, in Busan, city where Jimin’s from, which teaches all the many different styles of hip hop. There is even a post made that shows a performance where young again 11 Jimin in 2007, not only performed already, on right front side of stage, but later on went in front and did a solo. JIMIN also competed, excelling in popping, & isolation moves, winning every competition. JIMIN also since a little boy, trained 8 yrs in various forms of martial arts: Taekwondo (blackbelt), Hapkido, Kendo, & Chinese martial arts. Side Note: When learning Taekwondo, as a little boy, I believe Jimin said that doing the splits was one of the first things required to be able to do. Also did same for contemporary dance. He said that he'd put his legs split, up against the wall for quite long, hrs at a time. This was aside from still attending middle school Jimin, where he was already into all kinds of sports, including being part of soccer team,, but also basketball, even joined after school billiards, also excelling in track & field throughout his schooling. Then, while going to Busan Highschool of the Arts, he then also studied & performed contemporary. Media even called Jimin “The rising star of Busan” after seeing Jimin perform on stage during a huge festival. JIMIN also studied, some ballet as well as even traditional Korean dance. But Jimin’s main love was always hip hop. Though he did enjoy dancing contemporary, which Jimin indeed excels at, to this day all his dance movements, have his exquisite body placement, amazing elegant, poised, clean lines, as well as he also always stands, even without dancing, with out-turned feet, his foot positions always end up while dancing in classical out turned foot position, placement that classically trained dancers have, with extensions all the way to his fingertips, even incorporating his eyes, & facial expressions! Jimin found he could express himself even more through contemporary dance. Very few dancers have the ability to dance as many styles of dance as well as have the ability to incorporate all of them, even his gravity defying, martial arts, moves in his dance. There’s a reason Jimin was not only give the official title of Main Dancer & Lead Vocalist, but has been awarded the prestigious titles for 5 yrs In a row, Best Dancer in Kpop, as well as 6 yrs King of Kpop. Jimin is called Stage Commander for a reason, his stage presence is on another level. Jimin is also called “Rookies Bible” because all rookies look up to him, watching his erformances. over & over, trying to emulate, & learn from his unmatchable, flawless, precise moves. So many trainees & rookies choose his songs to try to copy when competing, though even without singing, but just focusing on dance, always still fail to even come close.👍🙏❤‍🔥🔥😍🤩🌟✨💫

Jimin is amazing live. I fell in love with him when i first saw his Serendipity live here in KZbin during covid time. Thanks to him i met BTS and now prioritising his MUSE album. The album is 🔥 he is indeed a complete artist. Very hardworking and is always involved in all his projects. He co produced 2 songs, did percussion on Interlude, co wrote and made the dance choreo. He really deserved the KING OF KPOP title, ROOKIE’s BIBLE , DANCE KING and IDOL OF IDOLS for years.

Thank you for acknowledging Jimin's hard work. :) I enjoyed your reaction. 2:22 ish. The guitar playing on his jacket. It's in the details for me. :) He always adds something that makes the choreo just that much more dynamic. People say King of Kpop for many artists, but Jimin actually does hold the titles King of Kpop and Best dancer in Kpop for 6+ years now and there is a reason for it. :)

There’s also a dance 🕺 practice he did😊 Jimin along with the rest of BTS members always sing & dance live. Don’t know how they do it. Also the other members of BTS dropped albums. Please check out RM RPWP! Great album he dropped before military enlistment

You have to watch jimins dance compilations he did contemporary dance before joining BTS so he is very versitile and has incorporated that into his style. he also did solo dance for bts on bigger stages he is one of those highlight of the night moment i hope you watch that
