"You don't trust your talent." "Nah." "Smart." So quick. And I love how Robbins played along, so graciously and good-naturedly. And the physical schtick was hilarious.

I honestly think this is one of the funniest characters of the last, I dunno, thirty years? These interviews are consistently fucking hilarious, and Short's improv is lightning quick. When the celeb he's interviewing can keep up its magical.

I love the passive-aggressiveness. Martin portrays Jiminy as both fawning over these people he desperately wants to be accepted by and hating them for being famous, beautiful and successful.

I nearly died laughing at 4:25 and up. Oh my goodness, of all the comedy I've ever seen no one's ever made me laugh so hard like this. Sasha Cohen's Ali G character, George Carlin, Jamie Foxx, Richard Prior, Eddie Murphy, Robbin Williams, George Lopez, Dane Cook, and others had me laughing like a madman many times, but this Jiminy Glick gimmick character is just on another level. Pure comedy genius.

And for some strange reason, I come away from, say this interview with Tim Robbins, knowing as much about Tim Robbins as I do in a longer more serious interview.
