I miss hauling mulch,I did it for 21years. I retired after working for the same company for 26 years. Drove a peterbuilt with a Wilkins belt trailers and Peerless walking floor. You have a nice company and good equipment. Yes your right we get comfortable with our rigs and sometimes we let something's slide. But tires were always done with the gauge. We ran Michelin all the way around. We ran caps on the trailer until the tires decided to explode and came up through the walking floor, so more retreads lol. Keep trucking be safe.

Justin. Pro tip, always turn your headlights off when loading and unloading or anytime parked, you don't wanta be like the Volvo freightliner guys who park with the headlights on all the time, it's hard on the alternator too. Just a tip from the ole skool. Great video

hey justin: In most fleets there is usually a truck that pulls hills better than the others. or better fuel mileage than others. does this statement apply to your fleet?

Yeah I've had the backup and places type places like that with that and Western belt dumpers and I bought almost tore the door off my off my belt trailer but I like all except dumpers aulick built bumpers they're made out of a company by Ohio and Ohio and I like how the door comes up on the back the thing comes up like a hood deal on the back like a trunk of a car and it's it's pretty nice and the tarps are thick I mean a make-good tarp systems they make the trailers my dad and me quit buying we quit buying we quit buying Western belt trailers and they offer more warranty on them stuff but my dad has all of them we we made him Chained and I mean they're really nice they're a lot easier to use than the westerns I think they are but that's my own opinion and you got your own agenda thank you and keep up the keep up that nice-looking Kenworth I likey mobile KW 900 sealed irons a good ones you have a nice day thank you
@robmoore95013 жыл бұрын
Why do you lot have the axles set so far back on long trailers as this means such a long wheel base meaning the trailer cuts corners so much??
@flintcreektransport3 жыл бұрын
I dont think you can get a belt with a sliding tandem...... we have to have our axles set for overweight permits
