Dave, your air power hammer named Cricket has inspired this soon to be 60 year old to build one for himself. Being on SSR doesn't give me a budget to purchase a power hammer so the only way I will ever get one is to build your Cricket for myself. Keep up the great and explanatory video how- to's please.

how do i get a hold of plans or do you sell them? this is great really amazing just what i need and it runs on a basic air compressor?

The Jimminy is a scaled down version of the Cricket. The original Cricket will run on a compressor capable of 4 CFM at 80 PSI. I have three unique hammer designs I've developed. First the Cricket, then the Thumper and finally (not documented yet, but it's coming) the Bulldog (the simplest build). There are Facebook Group pages for the Cricket and Thumper. The original sized Cricket is the most documented on my website (with 13 KZbin build videos referenced throughout the website). I suggest you join the Cricket and Thumper group pages, read through the posts to see experiences from others. The website is www.hammerfireforge.com and has extensive documentation for the Cricket. I have not released details about the newest hammer design I'm working on (some pictures, and a short video) are on the Thumper page. A build pamphlet for it will be available soon. It's by far the easiest build (as is obvious by the pictures). The build pamphlet will be for a 20# ram capable of working up to 3/4 square (the Jimminy sized Cricket is not capable of that). If you have more questions, please ask on the Cricket or Thumper Facebook pages. Welcome to the fray!!!

David, I looked on facebook and on all of your videos and I have yet to see a link to the website you mention for plans and info on the Cricket. Has it been put up yet, or if not, do you know when it will be up? Thanks for all the great videos and hard work you have put into this project.

You are welcome... The website is not up yet. I am still working on the Operations and Air Circuit Description document for the Cricket. I expect the website will be up a couple weeks after it is finished. No committed date, but I expect it will be within a few weeks.

Not exactly.... Again, I just used materials I already had in my shop. I just wanted a size that is easier to transport to show others how it's put together. I will post information about what materials I used for the Jimminy on the Cricket Air Hammer Group page on FaceBook. Thanks for being excited about it.
